How to enroll

Our admissions process is straightforward. You can start by filling out our online admission form, which will ask you for information about your child’s needs and medical history. After we receive your application, our team will review it and get in touch with you to schedule an initial assessment.

During the assessment, we’ll meet with you and your child to discuss your child’s needs and determine whether our centre is the right fit for them. Sign-in / Sign-out

Parents/guardians must sign their child in/out each morning and afternoon for attendance records in case of emergency. Anyone picking up or dropping off a child must also sign in/out. A certified copy of custody orders is required to ensure compliance with court orders and for the safety and well-being of the child. The provider remains neutral in all custody matters and does not serve as a visitation site.

By law, we are required to report any suspected child abuse or neglect. Child protective services may question your child without your consent.

Privacy & Discrimination

Your child and family’s information will be kept confidential, and will only be disclosed with your written consent, except for cases where the law requires it (such as in cases of suspected child abuse or neglect).

We do not discriminate based on factors such as race, color, gender, disability, national origin, sexual orientation, or public assistance status, and we ask that you also refrain from discrimination towards others.

Illness

To ensure the well-being and safety of all children under our care, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing your child to daycare if they are unwell. This is to prevent the spread of illness among the children and staff, which may compromise the high standards of care we uphold. If you are uncertain whether your child is fit to attend, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the matter.

In the event that a child falls ill during daycare hours, we will notify the parents immediately to arrange for the child’s pickup. It is important that parents collect their child within one hour of being notified. If the parents cannot be reached, we will contact the emergency contact person listed on the child’s record. We reserve the right to decline caring for a sick child and appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
